Pop-Up Rich Text Work Instructions

Test automation with CableEye testers is both simple and powerful. Included with every tester, CableEye software provides out-of-the-box automation using Macros and JavaScript. Macros offer one of the easiest scripting options available—no programming experience required.

Once a cable is connected, the entire testing process can be fully automated, ensuring consistent results and standardized documentation every time.

A dedicated macro feature allows you to create image-rich, step-by-step work instructions that help reduce operator errors during setup. Add as much detail as needed, in any language, with unlimited images. You can control how instructions appear—either fully or partially overlaying the production testing screen.

Display interactive pop-up windows with text, images, buttons, and links to additional resources such as videos, schematics, parts lists, and BOMs. You can also integrate barcode scanning to input data and trigger tests automatically. For even greater efficiency, combine instructions with text-to-speech to create a fully hands-free, heads-down workstation.

Customize the level of detail, visuals, language, and automation to ensure every test is performed accurately and consistently.

Custom Cable Assembly and Test Interface Fixtures/Adapters

Unique cable harnesses, connector types, and system environments often require specialized interface solutions, ranging from simple adapters and fixture boards to fully integrated, rack-mounted test systems.

At our booth, you’ll see how CableEye testers support this flexibility through a range of configurable interface options, including:

Our solutions scale—from benchtop setups to complex, mobile test environments used in industries such as shipbuilding, industrial automation, EV charging, and aerospace.

Visit us to explore how to configure a solution tailored to your specific application.

Model M4 Low Voltage Tester with Capacitance and 4-Wire Measurement Capabilities.

Check out the Model M4, low voltage tester. The expandable M4 offers both 4-wire Kelvin measurement and two-wire resistance measurement as standard ... each with a resolution of 20mΩ. Ask us to show you how easy it is to determine wire length and wire twist relationships (in pairs or triplets) with this tester.

Order your HVX-series HiPot tester with the Advanced Measurements option to enjoy the same capabilities as the M4 during low voltage testing.

Cable Build & Automation Stations

Simulating actual manufacturing tasks, you can build a cable, then learn and test it for yourself. At the Automation Station, discover the simplicity of programming your CableEye tester for automation by testing the cable with a macro and experiencing various features and peripherals that might be needed in an automated test environment (e.g. pedal, barcode reader, tower light, label printer etc.).

The most practical, user friendly machine that I have ever used.

I have used your units for several years, that is, when I worked for electronics manufacturing companies in the past. You have an outstanding product, and I say that, because I've seen my share of testing units in the 36 years that I've been in this business, and yours is the most practical, user friendly machine that I have ever used.
